Azusa Pacific University has made a limited number of dorm rooms available in Engstrom Hall at reduced rates. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all rooms are full. Early registration for on-campus housing is strongly recommended.
Engstrom Hall is a four-story building with rooms arranged as small suites with two people per room with a shared bathroom between two rooms (four people per shared bathroom). Rooms include desks, twin beds, mini-blinds, and walk-in closets with shelves. APU provides a linen package of two sheets, a blanket, a pillow with case, a body towel, and a washcloth. On each floor are a lounge, vending machines, and card-operated laundry facilities. Two elevators reach all four floors.
The Shire Mods will be available for married couples and teens (under 18) with a chaperone of opposite gender. Each mod has two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room, one bathroom, an unfurnished living room with a single room AC unit, and a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove.
Like Engstrom Hall, there are a limited number of rooms available. Early registration is recommended to ensure a room on campus.
Dorm rooms and mods are available for Wednesday, July 8, through Saturday, July 11. Reservations may be made for up to four nights. Attendees staying in the dorms may have the option to select roommates or the conference team will select them for you.
Shared dorm room: $50 per person per night
Private dorm room: $100 per night
Mod: $50 per person per night
Dorm rooms are available only through Sunday morning and are available on a first-come, first served basis. So register early.
If you plan to visit Southern California sites, you may reserve a room at the conference hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Fairfield Inn & Suites – Los Angeles
3211 East Garvey Avenue North, West Covina, CA
Located 5.5 miles south of Azusa Pacific University, right at the I-10 and S. Barranca exit (depending on time of day, please plan at least twenty minutes travel time in each direction). we recommend flying into Ontario International Airport, which is 18 miles from the hotel. There is a free scheduled shuttle available to and from the campus.
The conference room rate is $127 per night for up to four people in a room. (Conference rate is available from Tuesday, July 7 to Monday, July 13, 2020.) Conference rate is available for any SoCal CWC attendee, including those who would like to add a couple days to their conference trip to visit Southern California before or after staying in the dorm during the conference.
The last day to book a room at the conference rate is Tuesday, June 16, 2020.

Enjoy Fellowship with Faculty and Fellow Attendees
All our meals will be held in APU’s 1899 Dining Hall and include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the conference (July 9-11). The dining hall offers all-you-can-eat dining. Select from a variety of delectable options including a make-your-own-salad bar complete with fresh fruits and vegetables, daily salad specials, a wrap station, three daily entrées, a dessert bar, a sandwich bar, and a self-serve beverage station.
Prepared from scratch daily, the 1899 Dining Hall uses fresh, seasonal, and often locally sourced ingredients.
Each day costs $35 for all three meals when purchased in advance with registration. Meal cards may be purchased on-site at a slightly higher price. Attendees who are not staying on campus may order meal cards when they register. Physician-prescribed diets must be noted on the registration and submitted at least one month in advance.
Do you like to sit in a coffee shop to write? Starbucks Café is conveniently located on campus. You can also grab a favorite beverage or snack with friends during the conference.
